Happy Birfday Giles! Just don't do what I do, which is sit down in the old cycling library (west wing)and look at the results of all the people who won World Championships, Gold medals and Tours when they were younger than me. Don't do that. Eat cake, get drunk, borrow a fixie and realize too late that you have no idea how to stop it.
