Turkey.
It's an excellent source of natural protein. Quickly restoring protein after a heavy workout is essential to recovery. If you burn out your muscles lifting weights or doing hill repeats or something like that, and then don't take in protein to help rebuild your damaged muscles, your workout will have been for nothing.
So who spent 90 minutes or more on the bike or indoor trainer Thursday?
